Hello Visitors!
Some of you may notice that my site footer says my blog has been up since 2009 and yet its contents can be counted on two hands. Here’s the reason why.
Late last 2010, I cleaned up my networking accounts—organized friends, blocked fake people, updated profiles, etc. I also thought of doing the same thing on my hosting account (for this site) when I saw two similar databases and so I deleted one which I thought wasn’t necessary. Having no formal education with web development, I thought wrong. (Oh yes, this site was built out of online tutorials on web set up and development.)
I almost cried when I found out that the database I deleted was the life of my blog. Without it, the site is dead. Everything I worked hard for since July 2009 is now gone with the wind.
I am still working on retrieving some itineraries, contact numbers, articles, and images that I might have saved. This snippet will stay here as long as I haven’t finished rebuilding the site.

Where Have You Been Lately? is being maintained by Kaiz Belga, a 20-something Filipina, who has the hots for mountaineering, traveling, and photography. She is also a Gwen Stefani wannabe.
WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN LATELY?
Her love for blogging started year 2003 when one of her college instructors introduced her to a modern way of keeping a journal, that is a digital diary or blog (web log). From then, she has already created several accounts on well-used blog sites like Blogspot, Tabulas, Xanga, and a lot more. It was just this July 2009 when she finally settled with WordPress and her own domain name thus the birth of this travel blog. She aims to help other travelers by sharing stories of her trips (mountaineering or just plain vacation) through itineraries, contact persons, and photographs.
